Very early yesterday morning, the Kitimat RCMP responded to a report about loud bangs that were believed to be gun fire, taking place near Gannet Crescent.
And while responding officers did find evidence that was consistent with shots being fired, there were no injuries or property damage discovered at the scene.
Residents who live on that street are being asked to check their property for damages, look through their CCTV footage and report any unusual activity they notice to the Police by calling 250-632-7111.
